Tide and Surf Information
St. Augustine Beach has waves gentle enough for most swimmers, and strong enough to provide excitement for surfers.

St. Augustine Beach Weather Information

St. Augustine Beach is an area of tropical climate, coastal breezes and warmth. Located on Anastasia Island between the Matanzas River and the Atlantic Ocean, the area is warmed by Florida's famous sunshine and cooled by breezes coming in off of the Atlantic. Due to the curve of Florida's coastline, Anastasia Island is subject to summer tropical storms but not direct hurricane landfall. The temperature is cooler than in southern Florida cities with an average mean temperature of 79 degrees. Most days are sunny and delightful!
