St. Augustine Beach's Favorite Beach House Rental

Great 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house located directly on the ocean in Cresent Beach (just south of St. Augustine Beach). A short walk over the dunes and you are on the best beach in Florida!

• Newly remodled and re-decorated home is great for families.
• Upstairs is a wonderful view of the ocean from the kitchen and living room.
• Big deck runs the width of the house.
• Two big bedrooms and a bath are up stairs.
• Each bedroom has a quality Queen bed.
• One of the bedrooms also has a top bunk bed for use. (Underneath the bunk bed is a desk) Sleeps a total of nine (9) people.
• Bathroom is off the living room.

Downstairs has a large sitting area with sofa, love seat and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with a toaster, coffee maker, blender, etc. The downstairs bedroom has another quality Queen bed. Full Bathroom off the sitting area. Downstairs off the sitting area is a converted single car garage. Currently this area is tiled. The washer dryer are in here along the HVAC and pump. Good area for kids to get away and play when they are tired of the sun.

Deck has large picnic table that seats 10. There also is a round metal table with four comfortable chairs. This is the official happy hour station :-). Five can sit around this table easy. Downstairs outside patio has table for sorting your beach treasures and stuff.

Outside shower and hose for getting rid of the sand on your feet and in your shorts (!) Back yard is entirely fenced in.

RATES

• Summer rates are $1,800 per week between June 1st and August 31st.
• Winter Rates are $2,100 per month between September 1st and May 31.
• $125 fee for first pet. $60 each additional pet.
• $600 Security Deposit.
• $125 Cleaning fee.
